ShopTrue Returns Policy

At ShopTrue, we aim to ensure a positive experience for both Buyers and Sellers. This Returns Policy outlines the process and terms for returning items purchased from sellers on this site

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items are eligible for return if they are:

    • Faulty or defective.

    • Damaged during delivery.

    • Significantly not as described by the Seller.

  • Change-of-mind returns are subject to the individual Seller’s policy, as stated on the product listing.

2. Return Timeframe

  • Buyers must initiate a return request within 14 days of receiving the item.

3. Condition of Returned Items

  • Returned items must be:

    • Unused and in their original condition.

    • In the original packaging, including any accessories or documentation.

  • Items that have been used, damaged by the Buyer, or removed from their packaging may not qualify for a refund.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact the Seller through the Website to explain the issue and request a return.

  • The Seller will respond with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

5. Refund Process

  • Once the Seller receives the returned item and confirms its condition, a refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used by the Buyer.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a fault, defect, or error on the Seller’s part, the Seller will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For change-of-mind returns (if permitted), the Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Non-Returnable Items Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods.

  • Custom-made or personalised products.

  • Items marked as “non-returnable” in the product listing.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Buyers and Sellers are encouraged to resolve issues directly.

9. Shoptrue’s Role

  • Shoptrue facilitates communication and transactions between Buyers and Sellers but is not directly involved in the return or refund process.

  • We are committed to assisting both parties in resolving disputes fairly and efficiently.
