At ShopTrue, we aim to ensure a positive experience for both Buyers and Sellers. This Returns Policy outlines the process and terms for returning items purchased from sellers on this site
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items are eligible for return if they are:
Faulty or defective.
Damaged during delivery.
Significantly not as described by the Seller.
Change-of-mind returns are subject to the individual Seller’s policy, as stated on the product listing.
2. Return Timeframe
Buyers must initiate a return request within 14 days of receiving the item.
3. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be:
Unused and in their original condition.
In the original packaging, including any accessories or documentation.
Items that have been used, damaged by the Buyer, or removed from their packaging may not qualify for a refund.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Contact the Seller through the Website to explain the issue and request a return.
The Seller will respond with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
5. Refund Process
Once the Seller receives the returned item and confirms its condition, a refund will be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used by the Buyer.
6. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a fault, defect, or error on the Seller’s part, the Seller will cover the return shipping costs.
For change-of-mind returns (if permitted), the Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
7. Non-Returnable Items Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
Perishable goods.
Custom-made or personalised products.
Items marked as “non-returnable” in the product listing.
8. Dispute Resolution
Buyers and Sellers are encouraged to resolve issues directly.

9. Shoptrue’s Role
Shoptrue facilitates communication and transactions between Buyers and Sellers but is not directly involved in the return or refund process.
