• Buyers will communicate with sellers in relation to their orders.

• Seller and buyers will communicate directly for matters regarding shipping.

• Buyers have a 2 week review period after delivery to report issues with their purchase.

• If an item is not as described, Buyers may initiate a return request through the Website.

• Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy.

• A refund will only be completed by a seller item/s are returned in the same condition they were sent. Item/s are not to be used, or unpackaged.
